Our story
In Bolognina since 2015
Pizzeria Demo was started by two friends who wanted to bring to Bologna the pizza they grew up eating in Naples. This is sample text.
Every day we make our dough with stone-ground flours and leave it to rise for 48 hours. Our wood-fired oven reaches 450 degrees, so each pizza bakes in 90 seconds.

Birthdays, team dinners, graduation parties: for groups of 9 to 40 people we offer a set menu from 22 € per person (pizza, fried starters, soft drink and dessert). Please get in touch at least 3 days in advance.
